Diana Martorana

Senior Director of Clinical Initiatives

My name is Diana Martorana, and I serve as the Regional Clinical Director of Operations for Community Bridges, Inc. Based in Mesa, AZ, I have dedicated the past eight years to CBI, where I began my career as a Counselor in our detox units. I hold both Independent Substance Abuse and Professional Counseling licenses, having graduated from Arizona State University with a bachelor's degree in Family Studies in 2006, followed by a double master's degree from Grand Canyon University in 2011.

Throughout my tenure, I have progressed from Clinical Lead for our Unscript program in Scottsdale to Clinical Manager overseeing outpatient programs and crisis mobile teams across rural Arizona. My passion for the Behavioral Health field is fueled by the opportunity to support individuals on their worst days and guide them toward recovery.

As Director of Regional Clinical Operations, I oversaw the clinical operations of three outpatient programs, crisis mobile programs across nine Arizona counties, one Tribal Nation, and the 988 program in Oklahoma, totaling 20 programs. I collaborated closely with probation partners in rural Arizona and ensured that our staff was supported, which enhanced the care we provided to our patients.

Currently, as the Senior Director of Clinical Initiatives, I focus on curriculum development and the overall clinical advancement of CBI. I was drawn to Community Bridges for its strengths-based approach to care, and I find immense fulfillment in our mission to “Maintain the Dignity of Human Life.”
