Donna Jordan

Director of Regional Clinical Operations

Donna Jordan earned her counseling degree from New Mexico State University (NMSU) in 2015 and obtained her Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) license in Arizona the same year. With a focus on substance use, post-traumatic stress disorder, and general mental health, she has counseled both children and adults throughout her career. Donna employs a trauma-informed care approach and has advanced her expertise in cognitive processing therapy and dialectical behavior therapy. In 2020, she achieved independent licensure and has since been dedicated to enhancing the continuum of care across various settings, including 23-hour crisis facilities, short-term residential, and outpatient services. Currently, she serves as the Director of Regional Clinical Operations for Crisis Mobile Teams at Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI), where she has played a key role in expanding crisis services across state lines. Donna takes pride in CBI's crisis service model and actively supervises and trains crisis mobile teams and associate-level counselors. She is committed to giving back to the mental health community and fostering professional growth within the field. Looking ahead, Donna is eager to contribute to the paradigm shift aimed at reducing stigma and bias while supporting individuals in the least restrictive levels of care.
